This is a guide to replace and installing the timing belt for Isuzu MU 2.8TD, here you can get detail explanation how to change the timing belt in step by step instructions. The procedures: Remove cooling fan and coupling, Remove the auxiliary drive belts, Slacken and remove the four bolts securing the Crankshaft pulley to its hub and remove the pulley from the vehicle. If the locating pin is a loose fit, remove it and store it with the pulley for safe keeping, Remove the timing belt lower cover, Lock the camshaft and injection pump sprockets in position by inserting M8 bolts through the sprocket timing holes and screwing them into the threaded holes in the backplate. Check that the crankshaft pulley hub hole/pin is correctly aligned with the TDC pointer on the backplate, Undo the retaining screws and remove the timing belt guide plates from the camshaft and injection pump sprockets, Loosen the timing belt tensioner pulley retaining bolt and pivot the pulley away from the belt, On reassembly, thoroughly clean the timing belt sprockets and tensioner/idler pulleys. Remove the spring balance/weight from the tensioner lever then rotate the crankshaft back to TDC. Check the pulley hub pin/hole is correctly aligned with the TDC pointer and that both the camshaft and injection pump sprocket bolts can be screwed into position.

The step by step dash lighting LED replacement and installation procedure for Ford Super Duty F250, this manual clearly explain how to remove the bulb, installing and configuring complete with illustration. This write-up covers the replacement of the following bulbs: 4×4 Knob Switch, Headlight Switch, Instrument Cluster, Heater/AC Controls. The first picture shows where the bulb assembly was. Unplug the harness and remove the 4×4 knob assembly. The second picture is the bulb housing with the new LED installed. The LED used for this bulb was from superbrightleds.com and is part number NEO5-G. I soldered the LED legs to the housing contacts. Reinstall the bulb assembly into the 4×4 knob assembly and turn on the headlights, to verify you have the LED in correctly, it
will only work one direction. Then, unplug the harness and set this assembly to the side, since it needs to be removed for the
upcoming dash removal. This installation was the most difficult one. Mainly figuring out how to disassemble the switch assembly without trashing it. The first step is to snap off the melted plastic pieces that hold the switch assembly together. Here’s a pic of these pieces, there will be several of them around the perimeter of the assembly. Here you can see the internals of the switch assembly, with the green capped bulb mounted to the circuit board. This document will guide you step by step how to remove the Ford Super duty 4×4 F250 dash bulb replacement, each step equipped with illustration, its very detail. First, these type of 1/4 twist bulbs are called “neo-wedge” bulbs and the company that made these particular bulbs for Ford is “JKL Components Corporation”. The typical neo-wedge replacement bulbs I’ve found have a few problems. First, they are about 1/2 as tall as the 4×4 bulb is and second, the contacts are located in the wrong spot. The replacement bulbs have contacts located in the area shown by the blue arrow in the picture below. The Ford bulbs have contacts shown in the area by the red arrow. I haven’t confirmed this but these bulbs might also work for the headlight knob illumination. 4×4 Switch Assembly. I was able to pop it out without pulling the dash apart. Note the 1/4 twist bulb location in this picture. Original Bulb. I just removed the green rubber cap and re-used it on the new bulb, Here’s the bottom side of the original bulb housing, after I installed a new bulb in place of the blown one. I just bent the bulb wires around so they would touch the contacts, and soldered them. Then reinstalled it into the 4×4 switch assembly and it works great.
