This Handbook is to be read in association with the Electrical Service Technician Handbook “A” and has been compiled to provide electrical safety information for those persons wishing to obtain Electrical Service Technician registration with a 460 volt limitation (ESTB). It contains elementary electrical theory only to the extent necessary to adequately explain or support the principal statements made. The Handbook is not a service instruction book and does not fully cover the knowledge required to undertake electrical servicing work on appliances.
