This sample tutorial will demonstrate who to build create a toolbar component for MS Outlook. This toolbar will call a StrikeIron Web Service for Email Verification. The StrikeIron Email Verification Web Service instantly determines the validity of an email address or domain. For information on this web service see this web service’s product page. Step1: Create a New Project in Visual Studio 2005. Select Visual C# | Office | 2007 Add-ins | Outlook Add-in Then name the Solution StrikeIronEmailVerification. Once the Solution has been created, copy the ExplorerController.cs file onto the Solution directory. Step 11: Edit the UserID and Password items in the ExplorerController.cs file You will replace the User ID and Password with the appropriate account information you have created when
registering with StrikeIron’s Marketplace.
