Autodesk Civil 3D is a dynamic model-based civil engineering tool that allows you to increase productivity and accuracy in all aspects of your design. The dynamic and intelligent nature of the objects and engineering model used by Civil 3D defines relationships between design objects. In particular, you can use the dynamic engineering model in Civil 3D to quickly and intelligently layout parcels for multiple applications.
