Service and Repair 1994 Toyota Truck Previa. Removal : DISCHARGE REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM HINT: Evacuate air from refrigeration system. Charge system with refrigerant and inspect for leakage of refrigerant. Specified amount: w/o Rear A/C: 900 ±50g (31.74 ±1.76oz.) w/Rear A/C 1,150 ±50g (40.56 ±1.76oz.). DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT HINT: It is not necessary to drain out all the coolant. DISCONNECT WATER HOSE FROM HEATER RADIATOR PIPES HINT: Push the water hose onto the heater radiator pipe as far as ridge on the pipe and install the hose clip. Install the hose clip in a position. DISCONNECT LIQUID AND SUCTION TUBES. Cap the open fittings immediately to keep moisture or dirt out of the system. Lubricate 2 new O-rings with compressor oil and install the tubes. REMOVE COOL BOX, REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL, REMOVE A/C UNIT (a) Disconnect the connectors. (b) Remove drain hose. (c) Remove the 2 bolts and A/C unit. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT FROM RADIATOR.
