This appendix provides a list of item that require maintenance based on the unit’s operating time. A list of maintenance items to be performed based on the hours of operation is provided in the following tables. First 500 Hours operation Change Engine Oil and Oil Filter. VW Engine - See 8.4.1, Ford Engine - See 9.4.1. Items To Perform Every 4000 Hours :Check Engine Oil (Refill is necessary), Check Engine Coolant (Refill if necessary), Check Engine For Leaks (Repair as necessary), Check Engine Intake Air Filter (Replace if necessary). Items To Perform Every 12000 Hours : Check Belt Covers And Guards, Check electrical Components (Starter, Alternator, etc.). Check Engine Throttle Linkage - Adjust and Lubricate as required. Schematics And Drawings, This appendix contains the schematic drawings needed to maintain and repair Comfortquest’s heat pump and chiller systems. Drawings are included in the order shown in the following list.
