Step by step guide to assembly ATV motor sport, complete guide with pictures. Uncrating the ATV. remove the outer box and outer frame. Organize all your parts for assembly. Remove the bolts that hold the bike frame crate, from both the front and black. Unscrew both bolts to remove safety strap from rear side of bike. Unclamp from frame. Remove the four bolts, and mount the front grill bumper. Secure rear grill bumper and tighten screws. DO NOT tighten right-side screws until you finish step 7. Mount muffler in place, and then tighten screws for rear bumper, which also hold the muffler place. Cut the tie-rod packaging strap, and insert it into small hole in the golden tire mount bracket. Mount the battery in its place and secure. Red wire goes to positive and green goes to negative. Place the strap to hold the battery in place.
