This application queries the database and determines which objects, fields, and values are associated with a given set of TCodes. The TCode Query tool also can list the TCode authorization differences between the two clients. BindView’s bv-Control for SAP Systems ABAP program is proprietary and contains select statements and authority checks that only read data and do not write or change any data on your SAP system. Before you can begin to view reports on the Web-based application, you will need to : • Extract data from SAP. • Upload the extracted SAP data to the bv-Control for SAP Systems SQL Server database. • Upload Microsoft Excel templates. You can schedule when automatic SAP extracts should be performed and reports updated by clicking the Schedule button in the features window. See Chapter 6, “Configuring the bv-Control for SAP Scheduler,” on page 61 for more information.
