EXTENSION SPEAKER OUTPUTS The VP85 is equipped to drive either one or two 2-ohm extension speakers. The LECTROSONICS ES85 Extension Speakers were specially designed to operate with VP85 and are sized so that two speakers will conveniently store inside the lectern. The external speaker jacks are located on a panel located on the right side of the VP85. Each external speaker jack is driven by its own 7-watt amplifier. These amplifiers are idle until the speakers are plugged in. SPEAKER SYSTEM: High efficiency, full range 8″ cone speaker mounted in sealed enclosure. Special 2 Ohm voice coil with a 2 pound magnet assembly. Make sure you have followed the setup procedure and operating instructions.
