• HP Care Pack can be purchased like any hardware product; electronically or as a physical shrink-wrapped booklet.
• They can be purchased anytime during the supported life of the printer. The packs have to be registered in order to activate support.
• Post Warranty packs can be purchased either when the standard warranty or the 3 year HP Care Pack Services expire. The HP Post-Warranty Care Pack Services start date is the pack purchase date.
• Prior to receiving support, you must register your HP Care Pack by either activating the physical pack on the web site www.hp.com/hpcarepack/emea/activate or if you have purchased an electronic pack then you will receive an email with a secure weblink to register your support.
